NAME: The name Andromeda meant a lot to the girls mother. The mother of her mother was named Andromeda, and her mom had always been close her her own mother, so when her mother had died she decided to name her first child after her mother... With the exception of surname, of course. So when the girl was born she was all ready pre-named as Andromeda Marie Wynter.
ALIAS: She had always hated her first name, simply because it was long and tedious. For a while she could never think of any cool or unique nicknames that she could pull out of the name Andromeda, until she met a little boy who couldn't pronounce her name very well and began the nickname of Rome. From this day forward she loved that little boy, even though it had been a while since she had seen him.
AGE: Sixteen.
BIRTHDAY: November 4th
GENDER: Female
SEXUAL PREFERENCE: Heterosexual, though she has never really thought about being with someone.
OCCUPATION: Student, but she has a secret part time job to help her drunk of a father and her to keep their crappy house and stay in Cinders because she needs to go to school.

GRADE: Junior.
CONCENTRATION: For a long while she couldn't decide, though one day she finally made a decision, on a whim, because it had always been something she wanted to try. Strings-Acoustic Guitar and Music-Voice, even though they are both a struggle for her because she cannot stand being in front of people.
CLASS LIST: English 11, Spanish II (she has all ready failed this twice), Government & Econ., Algebra II (she has failed this once), Chemistry, Strings, Voice, Creative Writing.

HAIR: From as long as she can remember back she has always had dark brown hair. The older she became the longer it became because she never cut it, but she began doing so many things with it that now it is no longer her natural dark brown. Now her hair has the dark brown with red and blond tint in it.
EYES: From far away her eyes look green, though if you are standing close, or if her eyes are hit by the right amount of light they are blue. Often, depending on what kind of light is hitting her eyes, she has gold flex around the iris.
HEIGHT: She went from being a small tyke to being little less than the same height as her father. She stand just five inches shorter than his six feet, so she is five foot seven inches tall. Often several inches taller than that due to some of the shoes she wears.
WEIGHT: Rome is very physically active in what she does, from school, to work, to walking home since she cannot afford a ride or a car she loses a lot of weight but manages to maintain it by eating small but regular meals. She has maintained the weight of one hundred and sixty pounds for the last three years, off and on.

At first, just by appearance she looks like the kind of girl you wouldn't want to approach. She walks around like she has a chip on her shoulder, she doesn't care what people have to say and she doesn't hold anything back -- even when it comes to teachers. Rome is a loose canon, and she doesn't care who she come in contact with as long as she blows them all out the water. She has never been one to candy coat anything, if she doesn't like you, she's the kind of girl that will make it known... And she'll say it to your face. She's not afraid. She's had to deal with teasing and ridicule much of her life because she;s never been up to par like others her age, but she has protected herself... and not always in the best ways.

Rome is caring when it comes to the people that matter, like her father. Even though he is wasting away being a drunken unemployed tard, occasionally abusive to the one person in his life that is not leaving him to die, Rome still loves the only person she has ever had. She would do anything for the lard that sits in their little crappy home watching television and drinking beers all day. She doesn't want to watch him wither away, and because she is a kind hearted and loving person she does everything in her right mind to make him safe and happy.

Even if she has to stomp on other people's toes to get there, she will. She's a bull in a China factory. She doesn't care about anything around her as long as she gets it done. She doesn't care if she fails at first, it's how she learns. Rome is a crazy, manipulative, bitch who will tell anyone that crosses her path what she thinks no matter what. It doesn't matter who they are, or what they do, if she doesn't like it she'll tell you.

Before Rome was born to the Wynter family her father was a big mechanic in New York, and her mother -- shockingly enough -- was an actress. They had a fateful meeting one day when her car broke down right in front of his shop. She was a talkative woman, while he was a very subtle and quiet man that listened more than he did talk. He was fascinated by her, and being a man of little words, came out and told her. He had always been the straight forward kind.

It wasn't long before they were married and a little baby girl had come into their lives. But Andromeda's mother, Anabel, was about to make it big in her career, and she couldn't be with a simple mechanic trying to make it big. So, Anabel abandoned her child and her husband as her name became world renowned. Her family was forgotten to her, they never existed, and no one new of her once husband and child.

Not long after Rome's father, Benjamin Wynter, and his Wynter's Automotive Repair shop went bankrupt. They went out of business, Ben had to sell almost everything they owned just to live... Though he had found a small little house in Cinders for fairly cheap, something he could afford for a while. Andromeda was raised by a father who went into drinking beer and watching television in a small house in Cinders. There was nothing to it, and nothing to her.

Andromeda was often picked on because she was one of the less unfortunate. She didn't have all the things the little kids around her had, even growing up she missed out on a lot of different things. People would even make fun of the people in her family. Her father for be a drunken unemployed couch potato, and her handicapped half brother from her father previous marriage (which he never talked about).

When she was little she met this boy who could not pronounce her name correctly. He was a very special boy in Andromeda's life, he made her look at things differently, and he had come up with her nickname. So from then on she was called Rome, but this boy, who was so special to her moved away only several months after they had gotten close. It almost broke her little heart, but she entered back into reality and realized she was being a silly child. But that's all she really was, a child.

The older she became the more she became strong willed. She could easily protect herself from anything, and she wouldn't let anything or anyone stop in her way. When she was in school, she filled out ever single scholarship paper that she could so she could go to Lux Lucis Academy. She had heard that it was the best school in Cinders, and since it was close to home, it was perfect for her. Luckily enough for her, she was able to get in... How she managed to stay in with her occasional grades is a mystery to everyone, even herself.
